Our unique Vacuum Metallizer allows us to selectively deposit Aluminum and other metals on polymer films. Applications are Microwave Susceptors, Decorative Packaging, and more.

Pattern Metallization

Standard Metallization for applications such as Metallized Packaging Films or Microwave Susceptor Films are available. Emphasis is on Thin Film Substrates

Standard Metallizaton

 

VAST provides measurement services for the packaging Industry. With a set or Lissy Barrier Testers we provide Barrier Testing for Oxygen and Water Vapor Permeation.
