1 Meter Web Width General Vacuum Metallizer

Contains both thermal and electron beam evaporation sources, allowing for the evaporation of a wide range of materials including aluminum, zinc sulfide (HRI), nickel chrome, copper, and many more!

2.4 Meter Web Width Leybold Metallizer

HRI and aluminum metalliziation capable for webs up to 96 inches

Demetallizing Machine

Our newest addition: provides high volume of patterned films up to 1 meter wide with resolution down to 25µm as part of our proprietary pattern metallization process available in a wide range of materials including aluminum, zinc sulfide (HRI), nickel chrome, copper, and many more!

Dusenbery Series 635 Slitter

Accommodates the slitting and rewinding of webs from less than 1 inch wide up to 65 inches wide
